The company has provided connectivity and cybersecurity solutions, as well as computer equipment, to the Energy Resources and Consumption Research Center (CIRCE) in order to digitize its workstations and create new-generation environments.
CIRCE has thus managed to offer a continuous service in a “reliable and safe” environment to its clients, relevant agents from the industry, energy and sustainability sectors, Telefónica explained in a press release.
This new configuration of workstations is a “milestone”, given the high computing power requirements of many of the solutions offered by the technology center, the aforementioned sources have added.
In this sense, the current workplace of the technology center is no longer dependent on the performance of a device and has evolved to meet the productivity needs of digital workers , who are increasingly mobile and require to be always connected. In the same way, it adapts to the needs of customers, who are looking for an increasingly agile and efficient support.
The objective is to facilitate face-to-face or remote work , so that professionals are always securely connected, as well as to provide comprehensive management and job maintenance services that allow the CIRCE team to develop and transfer innovative solutions and scientific-technical knowledge to the business sector in the energy field.
In the middle
In this job management proposal, the user is at the center of the solution, increasing their autonomy, productivity and level of satisfaction, through a digital transformation process that offers the most efficient management of the microcomputer environment and guarantees extreme control to extreme, the quality and continuous improvement, as well as the technological evolution of all services.
“At Telefónica, we are working to facilitate the digitization of Aragonese companies, regardless of their activity or size”, said the General Director of Telefónica Este, Chema Casas.
For that, he continued, “we put at your disposal our best connectivity solutions, tools, support and experience of many years and that acquired during the pandemic, when teleworking made us see the advantages of hybrid business models”.
For his part, the general director of CIRCE, Andrés Llombart, has commented that the digital transformation of an organization “must adapt both to the needs of the people who work for it, as well as to its clients”.
“With this objective in focus, Telefónica has managed to offer us the best solutions to optimize the customer experience to the maximum, facilitating an environment adapted to the criticality of the information we handle”, he commented.
